The HUUM HIVE Mini is the second most popular model in HUUM’s heater lineup, right after the iconic DROP. While the DROP is wall-mounted, the HIVE Mini is a floor-standing heater, following the classic HUUM design found in the brand’s larger models.

What makes the HIVE Mini truly stand out is its exceptional stone capacity—the largest among all HUUM heaters—which greatly enhances its heating performance and steam production.

Compact Design, Powerful Performance

Despite its name, the HIVE Mini delivers impressive power and performance. Available in 6 kW, 9 kW, and 10.5 kW versions, it’s ideal for medium-sized sauna rooms. In contrast, the larger HIVE models offer power outputs of 12 kW, 15 kW, and 18 kW, designed for larger spaces.

A common question among customers is how the HIVE Mini differs from the DROP when the kW ratings are similar. The answer lies in the stone capacity—the HIVE Mini holds up to 150 kg (331 lb) of stones, compared to the DROP’s 55 kg. This massive stone volume provides greater thermal mass, allowing the heater to retain and radiate heat longer, creating a steady and soothing warmth throughout your sauna.
