The Harvia Virta 9 kW is a high-performance electric sauna heater designed for medium-sized sauna rooms ranging from 177 to 494 ft³ (5–14 m³). Crafted for frequent and extended use, this freestanding heater combines modern design, exceptional durability, and easy maintenance, making it an excellent choice for dedicated sauna enthusiasts and light commercial environments.

With a 110 lb (50 kg) stone capacity, the Virta produces smooth, even steam and maintains a stable, comfortable heat throughout your session. Its innovative design separates the heating elements from the stones, significantly extending element lifespan and improving airflow for more consistent temperature control.

Maintenance is effortless — a front-mounted service hatch provides quick access to all electrical components, allowing easy inspection or replacement without removing the stones. Should a heating element require replacement, the modular element design ensures a fast and simple swap.

Engineered in Finland for quiet operation and rapid heating, the Harvia Virta delivers the reliability and craftsmanship that sauna professionals trust.

To operate this model, the Harvia Xenio CX45-U1-U3-XW digital control unit (sold separately) is required. This controller offers Wi-Fi connectivity via the MyHarvia mobile app, giving you convenient remote access to temperature and timer settings.
