The Harvia Virta Pro 16 kW Freestanding Electric Sauna Heater is a professional-grade, freestanding heater built for large saunas and continuous, high-demand use. Designed for spas, hotels, wellness centers, and premium home saunas, it delivers powerful, consistent heat with a refined Scandinavian aesthetic.

Engineered for durability, the Virta Pro features separated heating elements that improve airflow, promote even heat distribution, and extend component lifespan. Its large stone capacity produces soft, stable steam and maintains comfortable sauna conditions throughout long sessions.

Maintenance is made simple with a front-access service hatch, allowing quick access to electrical components without removing stones. Dual heating banks ensure efficient power delivery, fast heat-up times, and quiet, reliable performance.

This model operates with the Harvia Xenio digital control unit (sold separately), offering precise temperature and timer control, with optional Wi-Fi functionality for remote operation through the MyHarvia mobile app.

Made in Finland by Harvia, the Virta Pro 16 kW combines industrial-strength performance with trusted Finnish sauna craftsmanship.

Harvia Xenio control units (touch pad and power unit) must be installed in a room that does not go below 0 °C (32 °F). For outdoor saunas, they’re usually placed inside the house, with cables running up to 80 ft (24 m) to the sauna. Beyond that distance, there’s a risk of inaccurate readings or malfunction.
